Scheduling and Financial Treatment Coordinator

Sandy has lived on the central coast for 15 years, and loves our beautiful coast line. She has been working in the dental field for 14+ years. She originally started her dental career as a dental assistant, but found that she is a better fit for the front office by helping people with their treatment plans and their financial needs. Her number one focus is customer service, and taking care of our patients., by making them feel at home.

When she is not working she and her husband of 40 years love to go camping, and travel as much as possible. She is also a proud grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters Riley and Madison. She also adores her beautiful dog, Nalla.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kathi has been a hygienist at this office for more than 25 years, staying with Dr. Ratchford after she acquired the practice. She graduated top of her class at Pasadena College Dental Hygiene Program, where she was the recipient of the “California Hygiene Award of Clinical Excellence” for her graduating class. She and her husband Tom, have lived on the Central Coast for more than 35 years, where they raised their two wonderful daughters together.
